Erin McCune
Erin McCune is the founder and president of Forte Consulting Group, Inc., parent company of Forte Financial.
She specializes in treasury and finance strategies for corporations and product development for
financial institutions.
With expertise in treasury, cash management, and banking, McCune positions companies to reduce
costs and increase working capital through process reengineering, technology enhancements, increased
ERP efficiency, and strategic implementation of treasury management solutions. She enables banks and
financial institutions to develop profitable treasury products that deliver effective results for
their corporate clients.
As leader of the Forte Financial team, McCune emphasizes the smart application of technology to
improve business processes. Another key characteristic of Forte Financial is collaboration, not only
within the Forte Financial organization but with client personnel and vendor specialists. Together we
achieve lasting results.
McCune honed her change management skills in Eastern Europe in the early 1990s. As an account
executive with McCann-Erickson in Budapest, she managed the Nestlé and Gillette accounts during a
period of historic economic and social transformation. Her marketing and publicity background contribute
to her success communicating the benefits of new processes.
Prior to founding Forte Financial, McCune was the founder and principal consultant of Paprika
Consultancy, Inc. Paprika's long-term, satisfied clients continue as clients of Forte Financial.
McCune holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Marshall
School of Business at the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Treasury Professional,
a certification granted by the Association of Financial Professionals.
